CN is the only railroad in North America to cross the continent from east to west and north to south. Its 17,000 mile network faces numerous winter traffic challenges in difficult conditions. Whether it is along remote sections of the Winnipeg to Toronto line or in a major yard, CN has turned to Condor Signal & Communications Inc. (formerly A.M. Signal Systems Ltd.) equipment to improve performance and safety. Examples of the types of equipment provided include:
